Airborne Remote Sensing

Airborne Remote Sensing

In this group, we focus on research into better understanding of how host selection by arthropods. We intend to use this knowledge to manipulate agricultural systems through innovative farming practices, so that the risk of pest outbreaks is minimized. We are also very interested in reflectance-based detection of host plant responses to herbivory and other stressors as part of developing automated (camera-based) crop monitoring systems.
